Signs and supports are tracked separately, because that is how they fail. A car takes out one post carrying four signs, and the record needs to say so.
The knockdown workflow
Click the support, choose report issue, and one work order opens with the post and every sign on it already attached — each with its own action: replace, reinstall, repair, remove. The crew gets one sheet of paper for one trip.
Compliance you can show
76 MUTCD sign types are built in, so a code picker fills in the category, the legend and the standard sizes. Sheeting type, installation date and retroreflectivity readings are first-class fields, and the dashboard ranks which signs are furthest past their sheeting life.

Import from a spreadsheet
Three import modes, including one that infers supports by grouping signs that share a location. Column names are matched however you spell them.
Asset tags
Your own sticker or barcode number lives on the sign and the support, so what is on the pole matches what is on the screen.
Inspections that raise work
Record condition and a retro reading per sign, then raise the work order straight from the findings with nothing re-typed.
