AssetLink comes out of years of working inside the enterprise municipal platforms — the ones with the geodatabases, the configuration consultants and the six-figure quotes. They are good software. They are also completely out of reach for most of the country’s public works departments.
Why this exists
There are tens of thousands of villages, townships and small cities in the United States responsible for real infrastructure — pipe in the ground, signs on the roads, a sewer system with a permit — and no realistic way to buy software for it. The market has been priced for the top few hundred cities.
The interesting thing about that gap is that the technology is no longer the hard part. Open-source mapping, open geospatial databases and cloud hosting have made it entirely possible to run a proper asset inventory for a fraction of what it cost fifteen years ago. What was missing was someone building it for that buyer instead of trimming down something built for a different one.

If a feature is on this site, it is in the product. We would rather have a shorter list than a demo that ends in an apology.
One flat price, published
The price is on the pricing page, not behind a form. Public bodies spend public money and should not have to book a call to find out what something costs.
Your data is yours
Export to CSV whenever you like, including after you stop paying. An inventory you cannot take with you is a hostage.
