Most departments that take signs also take water. The discount is automatic — it applies to the whole subscription, not to the last product added.

Annual billing is 17.5% below twelve monthly payments. All four products, billed annually, works out at $288.75 a month.

Admin, supervisor and crew chief, so the field can record work without being able to reshape the inventory.
Questions we get asked
- Do I need a credit card to try it?
- No. Signing up gives you seven days with the full product. Nothing is charged automatically, and nothing will be — at the end of the trial you choose a product and pay, or you stop.
- What happens to my data if I stop?
- It stays where it is. Access closes at the end of the trial or the billing period, but nothing is deleted, and you can export to CSV before or after. Ask us and we will send it to you.
- Can we pay by purchase order?
- Yes. Card and annual invoicing both work, and we understand that a municipal purchase runs on a council calendar rather than a checkout page. Tell us what your procurement needs and we will put it in that form.
- Do we have to buy all four?
- No, and most departments do not start that way. A village that only wants its sign inventory buys Signs. You can add another product later and the discount applies from that day.
- Is storm sewer a separate product?
- No — storm is part of Sewer & Storm, deliberately. Older systems are frequently combined, one pipe carrying both, and a product that made you buy them separately could not describe your system honestly.
